Before you fly
- Enter your pickup and return dates and select Malta International Airport Office.
- Choose an available vehicle with the transmission, seats and luggage space you need.
- Read the rental conditions and check the deposit and total price, including applicable airport and out-of-hours charges.
- Supply your flight details and keep your booking confirmation and collection instructions.
What to bring to collection
Bring a valid driving licence and the credit or debit card required for your rental. Visa and Mastercard are accepted under our rental terms. Bring your PIN and ensure sufficient available funds for the rental and security deposit. If the cardholder is not the main driver, contact us before booking to confirm the requirements.
Finding the collection point
Use the directions in your booking confirmation to reach the Car Rental Centre at Park East, Level 1. The collection address is not an arrivals-hall meeting point. For assistance, call +356 2757 7206.
Late arrivals and flight delays
Give us accurate flight information and contact us promptly if your arrival time changes. Confirm collection and return arrangements for your booked times; applicable charges are governed by your quotation and rental terms.
Returning your rental car
Return the car to the agreed location at the time on your rental agreement. Follow the full-to-full fuel policy, allow time for the vehicle check and keep your return documents. Contact us before changing your return time or location.
Debit-card deposit and insurance
A security deposit is required and depends on the selected vehicle and rental conditions. Confirm your vehicle-specific amount before booking. Insurance excess and the security deposit are not necessarily the same; review both along with exclusions and any optional cover.
